45 minutes | Beginner-Friendly Yoga | Online

This is a 45-minute class, a space for slowing down, tuning in, and remembering that your body isn’t a problem to fix.

Expect slow, intentional movement, simple breathwork, and time to check in with yourself. Each week has a new theme (think: boundaries, rest, nervous system 101). Classes are beginner-friendly and trauma-aware.

No pressure to get it “right.” No flexibility required. We’ll move gently. breathe intentionally, you will be invited to modify, pause, and practice curiosity over control.

This is a free or pay-what-you-want class. No payment is expected or required.

Time & Details

Monday & Wednesday & Friday – 12PM EDT (or 9 PM Pakistan Time)

Your comfy home + Google Meet = perfect setup.

How It Works

  1. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)
  2. You’ll get the Google Meet link in your confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 minutes before class)
  3. Set up your yoga mat, towel, and any makeshift blocks
  4. I would appreciate it if you join 5 minutes early
  5. I will be there 5 minutes before and after each class to answer questions/concerns
  6. If you're a new student, please fill out this intake form
  7. I do encourage cameras on so I can offer guidance—but if you’re shy, I get it. Just know this is a very safe space ❤️

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime, but if you know you won’t make it, please give me a heads up at least 24 hours in advance. I cap classes at 8 people, so I’d love to offer your spot to someone else.

*Pre-registrations will get an email if class is cancelled. Cancelling is rare, but I'm a one-woman operation - so sometimes life happens.
