
This is a 45-minute class, a space for slowing down, tuning in, and remembering that your body isn’t a problem to fix.
Expect slow, intentional movement, simple breathwork, and time to check in with yourself. Each week has a new theme (think: boundaries, rest, nervous system 101). Classes are beginner-friendly and trauma-aware.
No pressure to get it “right.” No flexibility required. We’ll move gently. breathe intentionally, you will be invited to modify, pause, and practice curiosity over control.

How It Works
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime, but if you know you won’t make it, please give me a heads up at least 24 hours in advance. I cap classes at 8 people, so I’d love to offer your spot to someone else.
