45-Minute | Free Outdoor Yoga at High Park, Toronto | Starting May

This is a 45-minute outdoor class for anyone who wants to move, breathe, and feel a little more grounded—without stepping into a studio.

We’ll meet in High Park (exact pin sent the day before), lay down a towel or mat, and move through a slow, accessible sequence designed to help you reset. The pace is beginner-friendly, and the vibe is casual. You don’t need to know anything about yoga to join.

No Sanskrit. No chanting. No pressure to get it “right.” No flexibility required.

Time & Details

Sundays – 10 AM Toronto time (Summer Only)

We meet near the main entrance of High Park. A location pin will be emailed the day before class.

How It Works

  1. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)
  2. You’ll get a confirmation email + exact location pin
  3. Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and sunscreen
  4. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in
  5. We’ll move for 45 minutes, ending with a few minutes of quiet rest

Weather Policy

If the weather looks bad, you’ll get a cancellation email by 8 AM the day of class.

Cancelation Policy

No need to cancel officially, but if you know you won’t make it, a quick heads up is appreciated—especially since class size is capped.
